You will receive a full refund from the venue where the show or event was booked. Please do not contact ticketedge regarding canceled shows. The venue will have all the necessary information on how to obtain a refund for the canceled event.

It's simple, free and best of all; you can be online selling your tickets within 1 hour of contacting us, setting up an account and uploading your event to our system. Once your event is uploaded we will approve it and you are on sale!

Once your event has taken place you will be emailed a confirmation sheet to approve regarding all the financial details of your event. You sign off on the event and we send you a cheque or electronic funds transfer within 24 hours of your reply to us accepting the final balance sheet and the amount you are owed.

No, when a customer purchases a ticket they will receive a email confirmation that they will need to print and bring to the event as proof of purchase. The promoter will also have a sheet with the name of the ticket purchaser and all particulars of their purchase such as they number of tickets they have purchased to the show. The process is very simple as you just cross reference what the customer has supplied to you with your master "tickets sold" list that Ticketedge provides to you once ticket sales have been stopped on that day of the event.

Obviously it would be only wise to sell only the amount of tickets that your venue capacity permits. Please also keep in mind that if you are using other ticket outlets to be sure to have a certain amount allotted for online sales. You have final say on how many tickets are to be sold online and can increase or decrease the amount for online at any time.

Ticketedge will refund the total amount to the ticket purchaser on behalf of the promoter via paypal. The promoter acknowledges that they will be liable for a 20% charge back of the ticket selling price paid to Ticketedge.ca for each ticket that needs to be refunded. Tickets will only be refunded after Ticketedge has been paid in full by the promoter.
