Delivery of ticket
After your payment has been authorized, you will receive an instant printable screen, containing all the e-ticket(s)/code(s) in combination with, the name of the person who placed the order (name which was stated at the time when the ticket was ordered) and the number of persons listed under such order. In addition, e-ticket/code will also be issued to your e-mail account. You may print the e-mail containing the e-ticket/code and use it as an entry ticket to the event in question, along with photo identification. If you have problems receiving your ticket via email please contact ticketedge immediately via email. The Shipping charge in every ticket order refers to the electronic shipment of your purchased tickets to you.

Payment Methods
In Canada, ticketedge.ca accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

Sales
Ticketedge.ca sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, which means ticketedge.ca does not set the ticket prices or determine locations, etc. Tickets via ticketedge.ca are only sold through the internet. Occasionally, additional tickets which are not sold by ticketedge.ca may be available prior to the event by the promoter. However, ticketedge.ca does not control this inventory or the availability of these tickets.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with ticketedge.ca service department whether or not your order has been placed. Currency
All ticket prices for events are stated in Canadian Dollars.

Refunds
